Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day money back satisfaction guarantee. If there are any issues with your product or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund (minus any return shipping costs) or store credit. 

If your item is not working correctly, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service team at admin@warlabgear.com before initiating a return, as we would love to see if we can help you solve the issue before taking the time to make a return. 

Returns and Shipping

All return requests must be initiated within 60 days of the date of delivery. All items must be returned with all original parts. 

To start a return, please go to our Return Portal. We offer pre-paid shipping labels for all returns. If you request a refund, the cost of the pre-paid shipping label will be subtracted from your refund amount. If you request store credit, return shipping is free. 

Refunds

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Costs of shipping for the pre-paid return shipping label will be subtracted from your refund. 

Please allow at least seven (7) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Store Credit

If you choose the "Store Credit" option, you will receive a store credit for the full paid price of your returned item(s). If you use our pre-paid return shipping label, shipping a return for store credit is free.
